Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC) is the Belgian development cooperation agency. As a public service provider, and on behalf of the Federal Public Service of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, BTC supports developing countries in their fight against poverty. Thanks to extensive field expertise BTC also provides services on behalf of other national and international organisations contributing to sustainable human development. BTC currently manages more than 230 programs in 25 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
