This role will lead and support the expansion
of Palladium’s work across the region through management of a portfolio of
business development activities and client programs or projects; driving
strategic value through commercial and contract management; generating
knowledge, thought leadership and innovation; and helping to develop and
support talent within the business.

About the Role:
Lead business development activities across all portfolio areas, predominantly associated with the preparation of bids and tenders, research activities and maintaining an opportunity pipeline;
Leading and supporting strategic growth and analysis, capture planning, positioning and teaming, proposal development, and networking/recruitment.
Acting as Contractor Representative on programs and programs, ensuring delivery excellence and value for clients, with a strong focus on contract management and financial management requirements, as well as quality deliverables.
Contributing to both the regional and wider company strategy development and implementation, including by identifying opportunities for work with new clients and sectors.
Developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships and identify networking and positioning opportunities for raising both the personal and company profile in the region.

About You:
Relevant prior experience working in managerial positions within a consulting or project management environment.
Proven success in leading business development with government or donor clients.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively in a consulting or project context, applying strong business and commercial acumen.
Advanced leadership and people management skills, with experience in driving high performance teams and cultures.
A proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including sophisticated client relationship management skills.
Flexibility to travel to various locations
throughout the APAC region.
