This Opportunity:
Provide management support to the formulation, approval, initiation, review and completion of business change projects – including technology. Provide expert business analysis support to production of business and benefits cases. Monitor and control the project governance framework.

Reporting and Supervision:
The role will report directly to the Information Technology Director
Indirect management – Managing Director, Organizational Effectiveness
Coordination with the Global and Regional Business Partners and Corporate Leadership Team
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around PMO and business analysis, you will be expected to:
Work with business functions to scope and prepare internal projects – including feasibility studies, short form business cases and proof of concept actions
Support and manage all internal project governance board processes – including “stage” management, pipeline reporting across business functions and ensuring adherence to procedure and documentation standards
Schedule, plan and prepare for all internal project governance board meetings – issuing materials to participants, ensuring preparedness of business sponsors and consolidation project update materials
Manage and control methods and tools used in internal project governance – including ; project proposals, short form business cases, high level and detailed project plans (format and detail level), project resource plans, benefits realization/success criteria documents, stakeholder/comms plans, change management plans, quality assurance approaches etc.
Manage access control for third party providers/consultants with the internal project governance board and key senior leadership in Palladium
Report ad hoc on internal project status and reporting as required across the portfolio and at individual internal project level – maintain connections and relationships to monitor progress outside of standardized reporting
Maintain a portfolio level risks, assumptions, issues and decision log – not as a cumulative of individual projects, but as a separate control point
Manage active forecasting and future view of portfolio – contribute to strategic view of capacity, capability and affordability for future internal projects
Provide business and system analyst support to corporate functions as they work with other functions and team including IT. Act as conduit to ensure smooth collaboration across teams
Key Competencies Required:
Significant PMO experience in managing multiple projects – include deep knowledge of methods and tools within defined project management approaches (e.g. PMBOK, Prince 2 etc.)
Portfolio management experience – including reporting and pipeline management
Experience of supporting, managing formal project governance processes – including scheduling, documenting, reporting etc.
Business analysis skills – with a mix of domain, technology and method rich background
Demonstrated knowledge of vendor management, preferably with consultants, technology vendors and other suppliers
Experience working across a Global Business is desirable, but not mandatory
Expertise in PM methodologies
Change Management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and planning skills
High standard of written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office particularly advanced Excel. Experience with MS Project or other project management software
