This Opportunity:
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for home office and key field positions. The role will be responsible for delivering all facets of corporate and project recruiting success throughout the Americas Regional Business Partnership portfolio, conducting various recruitment activities by effectively partnering with hiring managers, Project Directors, Project Operations, Directors, Vice Presidents and Managing Partners, generating and maintaining a network of candidates and contractors.
The role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and will work closely with hiring managers across all sectors. We have a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages horizontal and vertical collaboration across disciplines and geographies.

Reporting and Supervision:
The role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition
The role will work closely with hiring managers across all sectors
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective recruitment solutions by effectively liaising with hiring managers to ensure full understanding of requirements, preferences and timeframes
Full lifecycle recruiting to include: developing recruiting strategy, applying innovative sourcing methodologies, drafting advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, reference checking, drafting offer letters, negotiating compensation packages
Conduct competency-based interviews and use appropriate assessment tools
Screen and short-list priority candidates, ensuring compliance with all governmental and client employment specifications
Create and foster relationships with key associations, industry specific organizations, and other resources and to attract candidates to the Palladium Group
Participate in activities such as campus visits, job fairs, conferences etc. to generate candidate referrals and networks while also using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Maintains records on recruiting activities and analyzes metrics within the global ATS/CRM
Support the development and implementation of candidate care
Provide input into Talent Acquisition strategy including workforce development, gap analysis, marketing, and outreach
Other duties as required
Key Competencies Required:
Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions across different geographical regions concurrently
Sound knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies, particularly at the international level
Exceptional standard of written and oral communications skills including the ability to advise and liaise across all levels of the organization
Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
Well-developed and highly effective organizational skills and attention to details
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
Ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities with varying priorities and deadlines
Excellent MS Office skills
Professional Expertise/Competencies Preferred:
Experience supporting USAID-funded projects
Strong understanding of cultural differences as it pertains to the global platform
Knowledge of international development, specifically government contracting
SHRM Certification
