This AP role will ensure the accurate recording of supplier invoices and supplier payments are done in a timely manner and in compliance with the appropriate credit terms and internal controls. The role is permanent, can be full or part time and can be based anywhere in Brisbane, Canberra or Adelaide.

About the Role:
Undertake the day-to-day operations of the processing and payment of suppliers;
Ensure Accounts Payable policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the Group;
Prepare telegraphic and weekly fund transfers;
Process Funds Transfers transactions;
Maintain credit card register and process credit card acquittals;
Weekly, monthly, yearly and exception reporting.

About You:
Degree or diploma in Finance, business or accounts administration;
Knowledge of Accounts Payable Systems and Procedures;
Fundamental understanding of Accounting, Strong administration, organisation and planning skills;
Good knowledge of accounting policies and procedures;
High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
