EMEA Agile Analyst
This role is an exciting opportunity for a graduate, a postgraduate, or a career-changer. It gives the jobholder a chance to experience the world of project management, consulting, and professional services across various projects and through an entry-level position, by starting or refocusing your career as a Palladium Analyst.

Primary responsibilities:
As part of our Agile team, Analysts will play an essential role in supporting diverse projects and business proposals in the EMEA region. We are particularly interested in candidates interested in public health, economic growth, good governance, climate, environment, and project management. Some of the key responsibilities will include
– Working with Managers and Directors to plan project delivery and manage client needs and expectations.
– Working directly on our projects and programmes to provide all aspects of high quality, highly organised Project Management, including financial and contractual.
– Working closely with the client/donor and Palladium teams to develop and test hypotheses on the central issues facing clients, identify and undertake relevant research, and synthesise results into analysis that forms the basis of the deliverables.
– Serving as a key client-facing member of the Palladium team and conducting work in a professional capacity representing the firm.
– Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to team members and clients.
– Supporting Palladium in the development of new innovative business proposals.
– Support the development of Palladium’s knowledge resources, methods, and intellectual property
Required Qualifications:
– A university degree
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent analytical and research skills.
– Ability to work well with team members and clients.
– Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver work within deadlines.
– Adaptability – embraces and champions change.
– Critical Thinking – takes an innovative approach to problem-solving and challenges the status quo.
