This is a payroll management position within a large, growing organisation and will involve managing a small team. The role is permanent, full-time and based in Brisbane CBD, with flexible working options.

About the Role:
Oversee bi-monthly payroll runs;
Payroll team leadership and development;
Problem solving issues within payroll and ensuring effective, streamlined processes;
Continuous improvements within the payroll systems;
Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner;
Coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing and distribution;
Weekly, monthly, yearly and ad-hoc reporting;
Statutory Compliance across all Australian States;
Tax Compliance experience with Superannuation / Workers Comp / Payroll Tax responsibility;
Up to date with Australian Payroll Legislation and requirements.

About You:
Experience Managing a Payroll Department within Australia and knowledge of payroll systems (preferably ADP) and procedures;
Strong Statutory and Compliance on all Payroll related matters Australia wide;
Fundamental understanding of Accounting, strong administration, organisation and planning skills;
People leadership experience, leading end to end, complex multi-currency payrolls;
High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
